By using www.fast-track-paris.com or any third party website through which www.fast-track-paris.com services are provided, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which shall take effect immediately.

1. Booking and Reservations

Fast Track Services:

• Access to lounges are NOT included in the prices
• Free for children under 3 years
• Fast Track in paris Airport services must be booked 72 hours in advance.
• Cancellations or changes to Fast
• Track bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
• Booking less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable and will still incur charges.

Taxi and airport Transfer Services:

• Bookings can be made through our websites or by calling our customer service.
• Clients must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment for services can be made via credit card, debit card via Stripe.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation:

• Cancellations between 48 and 72 hours before the service will receive a 30% refund.
• Cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show are non-refundable.

Refund:

• Refund requests: 15% admin fee deducted from total amount.
